1. It's been a long time since I placed my order but I haven't received my registration information. What should I do to get my registration code now?

        Firstly, please make sure that your order has been successfully placed. If you have successfully placed an order, you should have received a confirmation E-mail stating that you order has been placed. Here are some cases that may leading to the problem                 

    1. Your Order has not been validated by RegNow or Emetrix. Sometimes it takes some more time to validate your Order when RegNow or Emetrix processing your Order, especially for RegNow. Therefore please keep patient with it.
    2. If you pay by “PayPal”, it may takes 2-3 days for us to validate your purchasing.
    3. You may have failed to purchase our program. Even though you have got a Order No, you should either check with Regnow or Emetrix to see whether your order has been successfully placed
    4. Please check your SPAM box to see if the registration E-mail has been there. Sometimes it may have been filtered. Please add the ZCStar account into the safe list.

2. How long am I supposed to receive the back up CD if I order the CD version of your product?

       You should expect to get your CD within the following timeframe:
In case you purchase the program from REGNOW:
US Domestic Shipping 7-14 Days
Canada Shipping 9-16 Days
International 12-21 Days
In case your program is paid via Emetrix, the CD is expected within 4 weeks after your order is validated. So, if you haven't received it yet within the stated days, please visit our online support or email to support@zcstar.com.


3. How do I find the version number of the program I have just purchased?

       To find the version number, you can click the Menu "Help" > "About", and you will find the version number on the page popped up.


4. Can I buy this program without a credit card?

       Yes. We provide some other order ways such as Bank Wire, Postcheque and other Non-credit card paying options. Here are the specifics: select the product which you want to purchase from our web site, and click “Buy Now” or “Order Now” button, and choose the desired payment method on the billing page, and follow the instructions on that page to complete the order.


5. How do I install a download version I have just purchased?


       After you receive the registration E-mail from us, please download the full version from the download link offered in the registration E-mail.You need to have the Internet connected during the download duration. A window will pop up asking if you want to Run or Save the applications file. Choose SAVE and specify a location on your hard disc to save the file. When the download is completed, double-click the setup file to start the installation. You can burn this installer file on a CD as a backup in case you need to reinstall the program in the future. The reproduction and distribution of ZCStar Software (evaluation copy only) in various Cover CDs published by associated magazines are allowed. However a copy of magazine with CD is required to be sent to ZCStar Software. Please confirm to terms in End User license Agreement when before backup your download version.


6. How to upgrade my program to the latest version?

       Usually, the upgrades are free of charge. To make a free upgrade, you can visit our web site at http://www.wonderphotostudio.com/ to see whether a new version has been released. If there is a new version, please get the donnload link from your registration email and download the full version . After you get the latest version downloaded, please uninstall the old version before you install the new one.
However, if the new version that has been a brand-new edition featured more functions, you are requested to purchase an upgrade at a special low price, which will be indicated in our  related product website.

7. Some of my photos look smaller after I drag them onto my collage, why?

      If the sizes of your photos are very big, the program will compress their sizes at the Edit step. However, their sizes still remain original when you preview or publish your collage.
